FFER-CENIFER
Fundacion para la Formacion en Energias Renovables (FFF/CENÍFER) was created by The Department of Education and the Department of Industry and Technology, Commerce and Work of the Government of Navarre. In 2005, six sector companies joined to the Foundation´s Board (Gamesa Eólica, Acciona Energía, Ingeteam, Ecotècnia, Gas Natural Eólica y Eólica Navarra). Navarre is one of the most active regions in Europe regarding Renewable Energies implementation. FFER´s main aim is to provide professional training to technicians in order to contribute to the appropriate development of the Renewable Energy sector not only in Spain but in Europe. FFER contributes to match vocational training initiatives of the Regional Government (initial, occupational and continuing), to the sector´s employment real needs. Other objectives are to organise and carry out dissemination activities as well as experimentation, innovation in training focus on renewable energies It is located in a 40.000 sqm. surface divided in two buildings: a Bioclimatic Building of 500 sqm. and the main building in which workshops (8) and rooms (9) are located.
Since 2004 the foundation is more directly involved organising continuing training, both courses and events. In 2006 it run 36 training activities (10 regarding wind energy sub-sector), that means 1000 training hours and more that 500 hundred people attended them.

VICOMTech Association
VICOMTech - Visual Communication and Interaction Technologies Centre (San Sebastian, Spain) is an applied research centre for Interactive Computer Graphics and Multimedia, member of the INI-GraphicsNet. VICOMTech has about 60 applied investigation projects per year with local, national and European industry partners and administrations, about 50 researchers and an annual turnover of 2 million euros. VICOMTech´s research profile is to serve as a bridge between the local and the international environments, helping the local companies to have new opportunities to access a worldwide environment, and to benefit from the latest technological advances in the international context. VICOMTech´s participation in international projects complements and improves the main local activity of applied research. VICOMTech works in a applied research in different areas such as digital TV, medical applications, virtual reconstruction, industrial applications and edutainment, that share different technologies. VICOMTech brings(via R&D projects) the possibility to use advanced Computer Graphics technologies to different sectors of the industry and the society. Ex: Virtual and Augmented Reality, image and 3D Graphics processing, eLearning, multimedia interaction technologies, etc. VICOMTech pursues to contribute to the general knowledge fostering the training of young researchers and through the publication of results in international journals and conferences.

DEUTSCHNAND
Vocational Training Centre of the Craftsmen´s Guild Association in Iserlohn
This vocational training centre is part of the craftsmen´s guild in Iserlohn which is an employers´ federation of 2.500 member companies with about 25.000 employees. This craftsmen´s guild has a lot of national and international connections to organisations and enterprises of the middle-sized economy. BBZ was established in 1984 to ensure a qualified training for trainees of craftsmen´s companies as well as to offer a wide range of further education for adolescents and adults in the field of trade and commerce. At present between 250 and 300 young people are being trained at the BBZ day by day. Its motto is "The young generation of today for the crafts of tomorrow" and based on this guideline it trains and qualifies the up and coming generation for the craft companies with great dedication and commitment. One of its main traditional working emphasises is the marketing of further education in a conventional way as well as multimedia. Its objective is to manage technology transfer by providing the necessary offer for further education.

Frauhofer Institute for Computer Graphics
The Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics (IGD) is one of 59 Research Institutes of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. The IGD research and development work concentrates on computer graphics and related areas of information technology, and graphics application. The IGD conducts applied contract research in medium and long-term projects requiring complex infrastructures, technical support and professional project management. It has at present 36 staff members, more than 45 part time students and a budget of 3,2 Million Euro and is a member of the INI-GraphicsNet - the International Network of Institutions for advanced education, training, and R&D in Computer Graphics technology, systems, and applications with more than 300 employees, more than 460 research assistants, and a budget of more than 35 Mio Euro. Its four R&D Departments work in the fields of learning and training with new media, personalization of services and agents, innovative interaction techniques and modern visualization technologies including virtual reality, personal digital assistance and interactive graphical applications on the basis of mobile computers and wireless networks and entertainment and edutainment systems and its application. The Fraunhofer IGD Rostock contributes to a number of national and international standardization bodies in the field of E-Learning. It has experience in the design and development of E-Learning technologies and concepts, the development and application of E-Learning process models and the integration of E-Learning standards in technology and processes.

Strategic Self - Management Institute (SSI) is the first non governmental clustering institution of scientific research and innovations, established after recreation of Independence of Lithuania in 1991. The mission of SSI is to provide scientific support to enterprises and institutions in order to improve Self-Governing skills and abilities of Strategic Self-Management and sustainable development. The mission of Innovations Academy of SSI is to work out programs and software same as arrangement of education of specialists in different areas of innovations. Its 14 years of active work in Wind Power enables it to accumulate abilities for teaching of specialists of this branch.
